On Monday, April 28th our town of Tupelo was hit with a tornado and caused some serious damage. It was a scary afternoon but we were so blessed to have no damage at our house. Luckily Jeff was able to come home early from work and so he spent the afternoon in the closet with the rest of us. Many others were not so lucky and have really bad damage at their homes. Thankfully, it could have been much much worse. We went without power for MANY days which was an adventure! But with great friends we made it through and will now help our town rebuild!
