Starkville

Saturday we went to Starkville to spend the evening with Carrie, Michelle and Garett. We had so much fun! We really miss Michelle and Garett since they moved! And Morgan really loves her Aunt Carrie. We just got to visit and had dinner there too. What a great night with people we love!

Small Group

One of the biggest blessings in our life right now is our small group bible study. We joined this year and have found some great friends and fellowship. They were also there to share in the wonderful joy of Morgan. It's very comforting as a mom to know that Morgan will be able to grow up being surrounded by God's love all the time. Our year has come to an end so we had a picnic in the park to celebrate!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! Today is so special for me as it is my first as a mom. One of the biggest blessings of my life is my own mother. She is the best woman I know and I am lucky to have such a wonderful example in front of me. I can only hope that I can be half the mother to Morgan that she is to me. Mom, I love you so much!!

My Big Girl

I took Morgan last week for her 6 month check up. I can't believe she's six months already! Time has really flown by. And in the last few weeks, Morgan has developed so many new skills. I think she discovers something new everyday. It's been really exciting to see the world through her eyes lately. Some Morgan stats: she's almost 18 pounds and 27" long! She's doing so well.
