Field Trip Fun X 2

We kicked off a big day for Morgan with not one but TWO field trips!  First up was her Challenge class going to Pioneer Days at the Oren Dunn Museum.  Macie even got to come!  Then she went back to school to get on a different bus so her choir could sing at Celebration Village.  This was their first performance and my goodness they were so good!  We were all very impressed.  They have been working hard this year!  Up next in the day of Morgan?  A birthday party!

Sleeping like a Big Girl

We FINALLY got around to giving Macie a big girl room.  Thank goodness that Packe came to paint her room.  It got me in gear to make the change!  After the painting and setting up the new bed, we all went to Starkville for the day to watch our Bulldogs win.  It was a great weekend and Macie is so thankful that Packe came to help!

It was a hot day that needed fans... of all kinds!
A beautiful day to be with our Dawgs

Steve Harvey Comes to Work

I know I've said it before but I work at the best place in the world.  We are a non-profit organization so every now and then we have to have a fundraiser to get stuff done.  This year we had an event and Steve Harvey came!  He first stopped by HealthWorks! to play with us and the kids and then spoke at an event we hosted at the arena.  It was a really busy day but it was so fun!
Can you spot my helper?  She helped me set up for the event!

Breaking in Fall

After the parade we jumped right in the car and headed south.  It was time for Morgan's fall break and we were all ready to get to the beach!  It was a quick trip but a much needed relaxing one.  It's trips like these that make us especially thankful that Mom and Dad are there!
My view for the weekend was not too bad

They didn't want to leave! (Neither did I)

Go Wave!

It was Homecoming week for Tupelo and Lawhon got to walk in the parade!  It was a beautiful day for a parade and Macie even joined us.  The kids got a big kick out of it!

Field Trip(s) Fun

Macie got to finally go on her first real field trip!  And I love a pumpkin patch.  All in all a great day of fun!  The kiddos had a big time too.
 Love this class
 Found the one
 They picked their perfect pumpkins
She played and played and played
Oh, and we picked wildflowers too
I would pick the pumpkin with the bow
 Love her!
Then another trip to the fire station down the road!
 So cute

Not so sure to be way up in the truck
But she loves being down with the firemen!

We Beat LSU!

What an exciting game!  We actually beat LSU!  I love a night game because it means I get to hang with my people for an entire day.  Needless to say it was a great day to be a Bulldog!
 Ready to roll
Yes, Macie has braids too- just like her sister!  Way to go RoRo for making that happen!
 My girls and their boys

We got to see Abby!  And her new ring!  We can't wait to celebrate her in the summer!
In all the excitement it got really loud.  Get used to it Macie!

Macie Turns 4!

My sweet baby girl is four!  How can that be possible?!?  We love this curly haired kid so much and I love watching her grow and learn everyday.  She is quiet and shy when you first meet her.  But when she gets comfortable with you watch out!  She is large and in charge!  She is silly and loves to play anything make believe: barbies, dress up and ballet teacher with Morgan.  She loves playing with her friends and going to ballet.

This year she wanted a princess party!  And if I know anything, it's princesses.  So we told everyone to come in their princess wear and we had a big time.  She loved having her favorite people to celebrate with her.
