This past week Morgan and I packed up with Belinda and Emma Kate and headed to the beach! My Missouri girls don't make it to the sand often enough so we were really looking forward to our trip. The girls did really great together in the car ride. Once we got there, Grandma had a wonderful dinner waiting with birthday cake for Belinda! We hit the sand the next day, worried that Emma Kate might not like it too much. Past trips have not gone well. But it had been awhile so we were hopeful Morgan would show her the wonders of the beach. But we didn't have to worry! Emma Kate was in the water before we could even get off the boardwalk! After days of sand, sun, pool time, great food and some shopping, we were spent! It was so much fun and we were very thankful that Grandma was willing to host us crazy girls!

Emma Kate loved being buried in the sand! She wanted to be made a mermaid like Ariel, then had Belinda kiss her so she could have a happily ever after! So cute!
