A Big Fun Day!

Yesterday was a great day filled with fun!  Jeff had Columbus Day off so we packed our day with things to do.

We started the day at my work.  One of my favorite parts of my job is running a program for preschoolers called Hip Hoppers.  Twice a month they come to HealthWorks! and we read a book, do a craft and play in our zoom room.  I have some really sweet kids that come and I enjoy putting it together each time.  This time Morgan got to come since Jeff could bring her!  We had a special day at HealthWorks! because the firemen came to talk to the kids about fire safety.  They were thrilled to see that big red truck pull up!  The firemen were great with the kids.  They showed them all the equipment they would be wearing if they came to their house so they wouldn't be afraid.  Then they let them climb in the truck!  It was so cool!

After work and lunch, we headed to Blue Mountain, MS to the pumpkin patch there.  It was our first time there and Morgan loved it!  We got on the tractor ride and they took us out to the patch where we each picked a pumpkin.  While we were there we got to see some animals, ride a train and jump in a bouncy house too.  It was great and we were there for hours!  It was a little muddy from the rain we had over the weekend, but that didn't slow our fun.

When we got home that night all three of us were exhausted.  All that fun wore us out!

Note to self: Take family picture at the START of the day and not at the end when Morgan is done and won't smile!
